RelationQuest Counseling provides counseling in Sycamore, Illinois and is in-network for BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO and we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf. For out-of-network insurance RelationQuest Counseling can provide an insurance receipt that clients can file with their insurance company for reimbursement. The client should consult with their insurance provider on their benefits and reimbursement rates. The fee for a 50-minute individual counseling session is $195 and is due at the time of service. Sessions are held in the Sycamore office.
